Lotus: A Journey into Mindfulness and Meditation.  Come to this 10 week program to help focus your energy on the present moment and learn how to reduce stress, anxiety, anger and the feelings of not being in control of your own emotions.  This group will help build self-confidence, self-awareness and teach you techniques that can be used at any time to ground yourself and enables you to become more prepared to cope with everyday situations.

Make-A-Move (M-A-M): A health and nutrition group. This group will teach you how to cook healthy, be more active and stay healthy.

Woman2Woman (W2W): Female Mentoring. Helps empower young ladies to make healthier and more responsible choices by teaching them good communication, decision making and relationship skills. This group prepares them to be independent and productive members of society.

Man2Man (M2M): Male Mentoring. Helps to empower young men with strategies to help them function in today’s society by teaching them good communication, decision making, relationship skills and helping them become responsible, independent productive members of society.

RAP (Redirecting Anger Positively): Students referred to this group will learn how to identify their triggers, learn coping skills and will be taught various techniques which they can utilize to help them maintain a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
